I love this service! The drivers are extremely friendly (which can be hard to come by), they arrive early (usually 10-15 minutes) and provide wake up calls/reminders if you need it.

I’m always slightly worried when I try a new service (what if I miss my flight? what if they are late, can’t find my place, etc?), but the owner did his best to make me feel confident during my first ride by calling at my request and having the driver arrive early. The best part is the ability to reserve a car ahead of time. Trust me when I say that you don’t want to rely on Uber when you have to make a flight early in the morning. You get better service this way, you can feel relaxed and actually enjoy your morning, plus you know that they will be early.

Ken drove an elderly friend of mine today who had to take care of some legal issues, and go to multiple locations in different cities around Metro Detroit. He was prompt, exceptionally courteous and respectful, he even went into the Sec of State and sat with him while he waited with 29 people ahead of him. Then he took him grocery shopping and even carried his groceries for him. My elderly friend was treated like a VIP and I can’t tell you enough what that means to me.  Outstanding service. I was traveling to Michigan for the SGK 3-Day event with my Pink family and contacted Famous Sedan for pick up service from the airport and then return service after the event. I have to say that the owner, Jimmy, is top notch!! He was in constant communication with me (by phone or text) about setting up the services, pick up times, reminders etc. Jimmy was very professional, yet down to earth and genuine. Jimmy was awesome. My friend and I needed transport to a concert at DTE Energy Music Theater. My friend had a bad knee issue and he went out of his way to make sure she didn’t have to walk very far. He picked us up when promised and waited until the concert was finished. He was right at the front entrance for pick up. I can’t compliment him enough. Anyone needing a car service should not hesitate to hire this company. A+ service.

I’ve been extremely pleased with Famous Sedans. I get prompt personal service and immediate call backs (or texts) — so I know that they are serving me. They call me to confirm pick-ups, so I don’t have to confirm with them. And every time, they’ve been early at my house so it’s one less thing I need to lose sleep over before a trip .. business or personal. Then once in the car offering me a water bottle, checking to make sure I have my cell phone in tow. Economically it’s worth it for business trips and extended personal trips. I called mid-day Saturday to arrange for an 8am pickup from West Bloomfield to the airport on Monday (Labor Day).  Arrangements were confirmed and I received a promised call on Sunday to confirm.  Driver arrived in driveway about 10 mins early, and the entire process was easy, comfortable and worry-free.  Would not hesititate to use again if needed.  Thanks!

Driver arrived 5 minutes early and let me know he was  outside. Very courteous and professional. Offered me water. Charged a flat rate of $55 from downtown to the airport and  a $2 fee  for using s credit card. I will use again.
